Coordinated by Changhua Bank, CT (9958)'s syndicated loan worth a total of NT$3.6 billion is officially signed today. In view of the applications for this syndicated loan, aside from returning the total amount that was borrowed from the financial institution, the fund is also applied to establish the multifunctional factory at Taoyuan District and supplement the working capital for all business operations.

In 2014, CT (9958) and Fuhai Wind Farm Corporation have signed a contract for the manufacturing and assembling of offshore wind turbines, officially becoming a part of the offshore wind power industrial chain. In 2015, CT has completed the steel structure of the "Meteorological Observatory". It is estimated that by the end of 2017, CT will complete a total of 2 power demonstration units.

In view of the government's southward policy, CT has decided to expand its business to the overseas market. Since Myanmar is a country with a vast land area and rich human resource, CT(9958)and Hsin Kuang Steel (2031) have decided to join venture and invest in a factory at Myanmar. In 2016, the first phase of the CT factory construction has been carried out in Thilawa Special Economic Zone of Myanmar. If everything goes smoothly, it is estimated that the factory will soon be constructed to provide local firm and Taiwanese businessman with professional make-to-order services, including the manufacturing and assembling of steel structure. In the future, the company will continue to expand its business to the overseas market. In addition, the multifunctional plant at Taoyuan District will also be constructed to produce high-quality steel structure.
