Communication with Stakeholder

Respecting the interests of stakeholders, CT identifies the stakeholders of the company and understands their reasonable expectations and requirements through appropriate communication methods and stakeholder participation. We duly respond to relevant issues concerned by stakeholders; all departments are responsible for the communication with stakeholders through division of labor, and appoint their representatives to report to the Board of Directors regarding the annual stakeholder engagement results periodically for reporting and confirmation. The communication status with various stakeholders for 2023 was reported to the Board of Directors on January 12, 2024.

In addition to annual reports and sustainability reports, the company regularly discloses information related to corporate governance, energy and environmental management, and commitments to social participation and discloses its sustainability report on a regular basis to serve as a importance communication channel to further disclose corporate sustainability information.

 

Stakeholder Identification

Inspection Team should consider the experiences of various departments and industry peers, based on the AA1000SES Stakeholder Engagement Standard. By identifying key stakeholders through attributes such as dependency, accountability, influence, diverse perspectives, and tension of concerns, the key stakeholders include employees, customers, central and local governments, suppliers and contractors, shareholders, investors, and society (including communities, local organizations, media journalists, NGOs, and opinion leaders).
