The Chairman of CT, Lai Wen Hsiang, understands the challenges of students from remote areas in pursuing education as he himself started from the grassroots. Therefore, every year, he donates bicycles to the elementary school in his hometown, Shetuan Elementary School, in Chiayi.

Located in a remote area, Shetuan Elementary School poses difficulties for students who, after graduating to junior high school, would need to walk over an hour to reach the nearest school. Hence, riding bicycles becomes an essential means of transportation for these students.

Despite the small number of students, every graduating class receives prizes, including laptops, bicycles, etc. Chairman Lai Wen Hsiang aims to provide the best for the children, and this marks the 15th year of his annual donations.
