Enhancing employees’ attitudes, awareness, and capabilities regarding environmental safety and health is a key focus of CT’s environmental health and safety education and training. The company mandates that all employees undergo environmental and occupational safety awareness programs, as well as fire prevention and disaster drills. The participation rate for newly hired personnel reaches 100%. In addition to internal training, the company also assists subsidiary companies and related units in organizing relevant training sessions to strengthen safety awareness and fulfill corporate social responsibilities.

Each employee receives personal protective equipment (PPE) upon joining the company. In addition to providing safety helmets, goggles, safety shoes, and reflective vests, the company requires every employee to wear PPE when entering the work areas.

To ensure prompt response in case of accidents, the company attaches the employee's personal name, emergency contact information, and blood type to their reflective vests. This is done to quickly identify injured personnel, contact their family members, and determine their blood type, thereby optimizing the golden treatment period and implementing the most effective measures for employee protection.

In 2022, a total of 3 training sessions were conducted for occupational safety, with a total of 45 participants trained.
