Explanation Regarding SHINFOX ENERGY (6806) Major Information Announcement on August 13, 2025

Regarding the major information announcement made by SHINFOX ENERGY Co., Ltd. (“SHINFOX ENERGY”) on August 13, 2025, the Company hereby provides the following clarification:

The Company and its subsidiary, Century Wind Power Co., Ltd. (“Century Wind Power Co., Ltd.”), undertook the contract from SHINFOX ENERGY’s subsidiary, Fu Wei Energy, for the manufacturing of 31 jacket-type offshore wind turbine foundations (Jacket Foundations) and 124 pin piles for the Taipower Offshore Wind Farm Phase II Project. As of today, approximately 96% of the total contract payment has been received.

As of August 13, 2025, all 31 jacket foundations and 124 pin piles have been fully manufactured and are stored in the designated storage area. The client has already taken delivery of 9 jacket foundations and 112 pin piles, with the remaining deliveries to be carried out progressively. The remaining balance of approximately 4% is expected to be received prior to the completion of all deliveries.

In conclusion, the Company’s financial and operational performance will not be affected by the loss provision announced by Fu Wei Energy, a subsidiary of SHINFOX ENERGY. This statement is hereby made for clarification.
